In July I ordered a lawn mower, grass growing higher, the message .. preparing order
So after that I cancled the order and the prompt was preparing for shipping.
Talked to someone and they said they were not sure they could stop the shipment.
In the story I kept clicking from one screen to anothers and some support person from india said my money would be returned as soon as they got the mower
Again another call and someone from india told the same story.
I had the bank file a dispute dont know what became of that.
Along the trail, it said it was delivered, looked at fedex and it was shipped from navada and delivered to a place in navada
I live in Ohio
Going to the site for a refund it instructed me to return the item for a refund.. I could not possibly return a mower that they never delivered.
July 25th fedex left a note on the door then on July 27th the driver came back
I took a picture of her with my note beside the tag she left.
My note Said
Do not deliver, cancled before it was shipped, fedex and walmart communiation worthless Refused
She asked that I signed it was refused I said first sign my note
I refused the delivery fedex girl and she signed it.
The mower has never been out of the truck on my property
It is now August 20th , I have the voice recording of the walmart people from india, the fedex tracking, the signature of the fedex driver, dated photos of her with my note on the door beside her.
Where the mower is, maybe in india but it has never been on my property . The conflict is between walmart and fedex.
Do they think they will just put my contact attempts on mute. If so, my next step is to go into walmart and lodge my complaint in person. I won't be the first to deal with them.

Again today, talked to someone from india saying my money will be returned.. did they say 499. The bank receit says they took $524.13 guess they forgot about refunding the tax amount.
Then they kept having a post, you still have to return.. the mower
Last week one of their phone 🐵 said I was getting the return and the shipment problem was taken care of.
Every time I went back to the screen it was saing you have to return.. how n the hell could I return something that never arrived.
Today I looked again and saw delivery From a city in navada to another city in navada.
Delivered to a place in navada, I live in ohio and walmart expects me to return the mower.. this was the day of delivery.
If you are about to get a call with any of these companies, start your recording first.
Didn't the guy keep saying my shipment was comming ? I would have to go back and cut that part out if so.
AI support, help files, clicking from one link to another then they finally hook you up to a live person, should include a voice sample, but you know by now
Now august that they pop up with a delievery that had been delivered in navada according to fedex
